In 2011 Reya presented ‘Mixed Up in the Middle East’, a BBC documentary following her first journey to Israel/Palestine as a young British person of mixed Muslim-Jewish heritage. The current affairs film was first broadcast on BBC Three in 2011 and subsequently repeated globally on BBC World.
